Rooted in the heart of Sonoma County, both in dpirit and in location, Carpenter Studios was founded by our Creative Director/Owner, CE Mortensen.  CE Mortensen desires to leave his mark on the music world, and on the performing arts in general.

CE "Morty" Mortensen has been pursuing music since he was a child.  Beginning piano lessons at age 5 and loving music for as long as he has memory, he took classical piano lessons as a child through High School and then attended SSU to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition.  He has gained his production skills from self-teaching, various courses, and real-life experience in both studio environments and live-event environments (churches, weddings, talking head events, concerts [small to medium])
